How Can I Activate My Money Back Guarantee?

Just email us (sales@uballanywhere.com) within 60 days of the date that you received your UBALL Hoop. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Full Refund*

You will receive a full refund of your purchase price, which will be credited back to the credit card that you used to purchase your UBALL Hoop.

Conditions for Refund

The returned UBALL Hoop must be in the same condition as you received it (unused) and in its original packaging.

• 60 Day Refund -

If you do wish to return the product for a refund, you will need to return the hoop within 60 days from the date the hoop was delivered. Please get in touch with us so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please feel free to contact us at sales@uballanywhere.com . Delays in issuing refunds could be attributable to delays in shipping the hoop back to our warehouse or the time it takes to process the refund.
