Returns

 
You can cancel your order any time up until they ship out, and will receive a full refund. 

Once they ship out, you have 30 days to return the unit.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@uballanywhere.com. 

Exchanges

 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@uballanywhere.com and send your item to UBALL: 10263 Shawns Grove Pl., Mechanicsville VA 23116, United States. 

 

Full Refund*

You will receive a full refund of your purchase price, which will be credited back to the credit card that you used to purchase your UBALL Hoop.

Conditions for Refund

The returned UBALL Hoop must be in the same condition as you received it (unused) and in its original packaging.

• 30 Day Refund -

If you do wish to return the product for a refund, you will need to return the hoop within 30 days from the date the hoop was delivered. Please get in touch with us so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please feel free to contact us at sales@uballanywhere.com . Delays in issuing refunds could be attributable to delays in shipping the hoop back to our warehouse or the time it takes to process the refund.

Pre-orders will be shipped out to customers in December. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
